Geographic delivery areas
- Metropolitan France , Belgium , Luxembourg , Monaco : the fees are calculated directly at the time of ordering.
- Switzerland : Sales are conducted excluding VAT; customs fees may apply. Shipping costs are calculated directly at the time of ordering.
- Spain , Portugal , Italy and other countries : contact us directly so that we can select the most suitable mode of transport.
- For custom-made furniture : we can take measurements in the Île-de-France region . Delivery and installation are carried out by us in the Île-de-France region .
Choice of carriers
- We choose the most suitable carriers to carry out the deliveries.
- For smaller furniture items (such as wall shelves), we use Colissimo and UPS. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped. You can choose a different delivery date or request delivery to a pickup point .
- For bulky furniture such as coffee tables, dining tables, large shelves, and bookcases, we use specialized carriers. We will schedule the delivery with you in advance. Delivery is made to the ground floor of your building. If delivery to the ground floor is a problem, please contact us beforehand so we can find a solution.
Delivery price
- The delivery price is included in your order summary.
- Free delivery is offered under certain conditions (for example, when several shelves are purchased simultaneously).
Delivery tracking
- You are systematically notified by email or telephone as soon as your order is finalized to inform you of the delivery method.
- Colissimo and UPS allow you to track your delivery progress in real time (link provided) and allow you to adjust the delivery date if needed.
Reception arrangements
- Upon receipt, please carefully check the condition of your order : the packaging and the item(s). If you find any discrepancies (packaging or artwork), please note your concerns on the delivery slip. If the carrier did not allow you to unpack the item to check its condition, please indicate this on the delivery slip.
- In all cases, any non-conformity must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt, and all packaging must be retained . Beyond this period, no compensation will be possible.
Areas that are difficult to access
- Some areas considered difficult to access (generally mountainous regions, islands, sparsely populated and hard-to-reach locations, etc.) may not be served by our carriers. Contact us if you have any questions.
